What is an Adult Family Home?In Washington, an Adult Family Home is a residential home licensed to care for up to six residents.They provide room, board, laundry, and necessary supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and social services. They may also provide some nursing services and ammenities. Adult Family Homes are subject to regular inspections by the department of health.
